About Dinosaur Coloring Pages
This collection has 48 free printable dinosaur coloring pages for kids and adults. Dinosaurs lived on Earth millions of years ago, and scientists keep learning about them from fossils. Pterodactyls, which you will also find here, were flying reptiles called pterosaurs rather than true dinosaurs. Prefer to color on a screen? Open any page in our Color Online tool.
Coloring ideas
Try earthy greens, browns and oranges for forest dinosaurs, or go bold with rainbow stripes and spots. Add a volcano, ferns and a bright sky to finish the scene.
Tips for young children
Start with big, simple dinosaurs and chunky crayons for little ones. For older children, try colored pencils to add scales, spots and shading. Ask your child to name the dinosaur and share one fact about it while they color.
