They look great in deep purples, blues and silvers, with white gel pen highlights. More characters are waiting in our fantasy anime coloring pages.

How to Make Teen Coloring Pages Look Amazing
- Choose a palette first. Pick four or five colors (for example pastel pink, lilac, mint and cream, or deep navy, teal and silver) and use only those. A small palette is the quickest way to get an aesthetic result.
- Shade with two tones. Color the whole area in a light shade, then add a darker shade of the same color along one edge. Do it the same way across the page and the art will look three-dimensional.
- Add highlights last. A white gel pen on eyes, hair and metal gives a glossy finish.
- Try a dark background. Color the background in a deep color and leave the character light for strong contrast.
- Print on thicker paper. Use 120 gsm or heavier for markers. In your printer dialog choose “Fit to page” and the highest quality.
- Make it yours. Add your name to a page with our name coloring page maker, or turn your own drawing into a page with the photo to coloring page converter.
Color Palette Ideas for Teen Coloring Pages
Not sure which colors to pick? These palettes work on almost any page:
- Soft pastel: baby pink, lilac, mint, pale yellow and cream. Perfect for the kawaii pages and sakura portraits.
- Night sky: navy, violet, teal and silver, with a white gel pen for stars. Best for the celestial mandalas and the witch and vampire pages.
- Sunset: coral, orange, magenta and gold. Beautiful on the lotus and feather mandalas.
- Monochrome: shades of one color only, such as five blues. It is easy and always looks stylish.
- Neon pop: hot pink, electric blue, lime and yellow on a dark background for a bold, fun look.
What to Do With Your Finished Pages
Tape your favorites to your wall or the inside of a locker, slip one into a notebook cover, or give a finished page as a handmade gift. If you share your art online, a short phone photo in daylight shows the colors best. For a quick challenge, color one page with only three colors, then color the same page again with a full palette and compare.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are these coloring pages for teens free?
Yes. Every page is free to print for personal and classroom use, with no sign-up. You can also color any page on screen with our free Color Online tool.
What kind of coloring pages do teens like?
Teens usually prefer detailed, stylish art: anime and manga characters, aesthetic mandalas, fantasy scenes and cute kawaii animals. This page collects all of those in one place.
What supplies work best for teen coloring sheets?
Colored pencils and gel pens are great for detail and shading. Alcohol or water-based markers give bold, smooth color, but print on thicker paper (about 120 gsm) so the ink does not bleed through.
Are these pages based on existing anime or games?
No. All the characters are original illustrations in an anime style, so there are no characters from any show or game.
